My Advertiser Account Is Not Active Yet — What Should I Do?

After registering as an advertiser on TwinRed, your account goes through a brief review process before it is activated.

How Long Does Activation Take?

Advertiser account reviews are typically completed within 1–2 business days.

Steps to Take if Your Account Is Pending:

1. Check your email — we may have sent a follow-up request. Check your inbox and spam folder.
2. Verify your email address — click the verification link sent to your registered email.
3. Ensure your profile is complete — fill in company name, billing details, and contact information.
4. Contact our team — if still pending after 2 business days, email advertisers@twinred.com.

Why Might an Account Be Rejected?

• Incomplete or inaccurate registration information
• Does not meet TwinRed’s advertiser compliance requirements
• Business or ad content is in a restricted/prohibited category

If rejected, you will receive an email explaining the reason.
