TwinRed Publisher Portal Navigation Guide

A guide for navigating the TwinRed publisher portal.

Signing In:

Access the portal at https://control.twinred.com/login. First-time users: enter your email, click “Reset password”, follow the email link to set a password, then sign in.

Finding the API Documentation:

After signing in, open the menu in the upper-right corner of your profile and select the API documentation link, or go directly to https://control.twinred.com/docs/api.

Generating an API Key:

Click your profile menu (top-right) → Manage API Keys → Generate new API key. Copy the key immediately — you will not be able to view it again after closing. Keys can be revoked/regenerated from the same screen.

Query Parameters:

Use “subid” to pass a custom sub-identifier through to your reporting (replaces the previously used “tid” parameter).

Reporting:

Available from the left-hand navigation. Choose a time frame, add fields to columns/filters/sort areas, and click Run to generate reports.
