      Responsibilities

      • Manage and build long-term relationships with an existing portfolio of medium – large sized publishers
      • Scale portfolio, revenues and volumes
      • Optimise advertising placements, website layouts and advising publishers on how to scale revenues
      • Conduct active business development for new publishers
      • Stay on top of industry trends and providing website and data analysis on a continuous basis

      Requirements

    • Office Manager & Assistant to the CEO

      Responsibilities

      • Oversee and take charge of all administrative duties in the office
      • Handle orders of office supplies according to budget
      • Resolve issues with the facilities, such as needed maintenance or emergency repairs by contacting the appropriate contractor/service provider
      • Perform receptionist duties such as welcoming visitors and answering phone calls
      • Assist with office layout planning and office setups
      • Manage and maintain office IT infrastructure
      • Organize company events or conferences including travel bookings
      • Assist the organization’s HR function by keeping personnel records up to date and arranging interviews
      • Manage the cleaning and other staff via outsourced/in-house resources
      • Implement and maintain procedures and office administrative systems
      • Manage contract and price negotiations with vendors, service providers and the landlord
      • Assist in managing Health & Safety requirements as per local norms
      • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars and creating reports

      • Manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of the senior management as well as mail and courier services for the company
      • Report directly to the Head of Operations and Compliance and the CEO

      Requirements

      • 2 years experience as office manager or personal assistant
      • Excellent level of English and Spanish, Catalan or other languages are beneficial
      • Absolute discretion – you may be exposed to confidential information
      • Excellent communication skills
      • Ability to work autonomously and within in a team, in a fast-paced
      • environment
      • Strong organisational and time management skills
      • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products

      Responsibilities

      • Support various areas of the company on Finance & Accounting inquiries.
      • Perform daily operational tasks concerning payments (Accounts payable and Accounts receivable).
      • Reconcile and adjust client and vendor accounts.
      • Assist in monthly, quarterly & annual reporting and closing.
      • Monitor financial compliance and fraud-prevention.
      • Keep all documents and information well organized.

      Requirements

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or any other similar field.
      • Fluent both in Spanish & English (verbal and written). Other languages are a plus.
      • Advanced Excel Skills.

      • Negotiate with publishers and optimize their ad spaces
      • Work closely with the technical team to troubleshoot technical issues
      • Negotiate and close advertising budgets and deals to scale portfolio value
      • Continuously learn and stay up to date with the latest industry news and trends
      • Attend international tradeshows

      Requirements

      • Excellent level of English, other languages are highly valued
      • 2 years minimum experience in the digital sector
      • Knowledge of media buying models (CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL, RS etc.)
