      Responsibilities

      • Carry out the full life cycle of the recruiting process; sourcing, screening, coordinating the interviews, employment negotiations.
      • Conduct headhunting activities for any open positions.
      • Set up a tool for recruitment activites and mange it moving forward.
      • Work with managers to develop and update job specifications along with posting them on relevant job sites and social media channels.
      • Ensure all screening, hiring and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
      • Manage onboarding and training processes.
      • Promote TwinRed’s brand and values using various traditional and/or innovative channels, tools and marketing strategies.

      Requirements

      • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.

      Responsibilities

      • Creating revenues with potential DSP and SSP partners
      • Managing the RTB partner pipeline and prioritize new integrations accordingly
      • Engaged into business growth – prospecting new potential clients for RTB connections
      • Managing client relations on a daily basis

      • Collaborating with the IT team for constant improvements and troubleshooting

      Requirements

      • Excellent level of English
