    • Compliance Manager / Online Fraud Prevention

      Responsibilities

      • Manage the compliance department of a digital advertising network (including processes, guidelines, financial compliance)
      • Responsible for the daily moderation of our advertising network content (advertisers medias, campaigns & publishers websites), which include fraud checks, risk detection, evaluation and prevention with the help of various online tools
      • Responsible for the daily verification of our clients’ accounts (advertisers & publishers)
      • Create and maintain a database referencing all past and recent fraud issues
      • Communicate with advertisers and publishers to solve compliance problems
      • Work closely with the advertising and publishing departments to improve and analyse compliance alerts and help to solve issues
      • Enforce and update existing guidelines for advertising media and publishing sources on a regular basis
      • Enforce and Update existing procedures and guidelines for account verification
      • Create and maintain an online advertising security manual with latest trends in ad-fraud and traffic generation techniques
      • Continuously develop guidelines in accordance with new advertising formats and industry updates
      • Work closely with the finance department to set up procedures for financial compliance analysis
      • Report directly to the Head of Operations and Compliance

      Requirements

      • Previous experience in compliance within the digital industry and/or in advertising operations is highly beneficial
      • Previous experience within IT, QA and/or online/financial security would be highly valued
      • Comfortable with adult content
      • Strong technical interest and understanding of technologies used in online environments and their application to advertising.
      • Experience in using online compliance tools (VPN clients, proxy tools, fraud tools)
      • Ability to work under pressure
      • Ability to work during week-ends and on different time-zones to collaborate with our US-based colleagues
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to organise, analyse and scrutinize substantial amounts of information with precision and attention to detail.
      • Excellent communication- and problem solving skills, ability to articulate complex topics to a wide range of audiences
      • Be proactive and drive projects with minimal supervision
      • Ability to work within a team and autonomously
      • Take responsibility of the reputation of the company by keeping up the highest standards.
      • Fluent in English, other languages would be highly valued

      Responsibilities

      • Manage and build long-term relationships with an existing portfolio of medium – large advertisers
      • Support clients in creating, managing and optimizing their online campaigns
      • Provide creative and analytical advice to clients and the wider sales team
      • Set up and coordinate online campaign strategies
      • Daily campaign and traffic analysis
      • Weekly/monthly reporting both externally to clients and internally to management on campaign results
      • Actively contact, onboard and activate new advertisers
      • Work closely with the technical team to troubleshoot technical issues
      • Negotiate and close advertising budgets and deals to scale portfolio value
      • Stay up to date with the latest industry news and trends
      • Attend international tradeshows

      Requirements

      • Excellent level of English, other languages are highly valued
      • Previous experience from an advertising network is highly advantageous
      • Strong knowledge of media buying models (CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL, RS etc.)
      • Critical-thinking and basic mathematical skills
      • Comfortable with adult content
