Be sure to check the email account you added during registration. The email used will be listed on the top right corner of your TwinRed portal. Double check the email we have for your account is correct and has no typo.
You can then click on the “Updates Needed” link located on the main navigation bar in your TwinRed Portal. Under the “Verify Email Address” section, you can select to trigger the email notification again to the email associated with the account.
If you still don’t receive the verification email after that, please contact support@twinred.com from the email address you have added in your contact information. Our support team will then assist you further.

The following Payment methods are available in the TwinRed platform: Wire Transfer, ACH, Paypal, Paxum and Cryptocurrency.
For advertisers, Paypal is enabled after a verification process. Contact your Account Manager or support@twinred.com for more information (your AM details are available in your Portal).
The minimums deposits per payment method for advertisers are:
- Paypal, Paxum and Cryptocurrency: $100
- Wire Transfer: $500
For publishers, payments are processed only when the total earnings of the publisher in the given month reach the following minimum payouts:
- at least $50.00 (Fifty Dollars) if the chosen payout method is Paxum;
- at least $100.00 (One Hundred Dollars) if the chosen payout method is Paypal or Cryptocurrency;
- at least $500.00 (Five Hundred Dollars) if the chosen payout method is wire transfer or ACH payment
TwinRed is a self-serve ad network as well as an ad exchange platform, supporting both open RTB and XML.
