RTB Manager

Responsibilities

  • Creating revenues with potential DSP and SSP partners
  • Managing the RTB partner pipeline and prioritize new integrations accordingly
  • Engaged into business growth – prospecting new potential clients for RTB connections
  • Managing client relations on a daily basis
  • Improving existing processes in the department
  • Collaborating with the IT team for constant improvements and troubleshooting
  • Monitoring compliance and fraud issues from DSP and SSP partners
  • Providing trainings and constant updates to the sales team
  • Attending international tradeshows and events

Requirements

  • Excellent level of English
  • Knowledge of other languages is an additional benefit.
  • 1-2 years minimum experience from an advertising network or similar
  • Experience with RTB is strongly desired.
  • Knowledge of media buying models (CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL, RS etc.)
  • Technical understanding and metrics driven.
  • Self-disciplined, critical-thinking and basic mathematical skills
  • Focused and self-organized
  • Comfortable with adult content
  • Genuinely passionate about digital marketing and technology
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work autonomously and within in a team, in a fast-paced environment
  • International mindset
